Now that we are truly in Belize Lobster Season, restaurants and eateries all over the mainland and on the islands have added their own takes on lobster treats for their patrons.
Here at Chef Rob’s we’ve also added lobster to the menu and to pump up your experience, I can also include lobster in a ‘Chef’s Table experience’.
And I didn’t stop there — I’ve put a recipe book together featuring lobster. I’ve even included a recipe for one of my signature dishes, Lobster ‘Robert’.
