Bocawina National Park

Bocawina National Park is about 45 minutes drive from our lodge. This location is perfect for those seeking to explore our lush jungle, mountains and waterfalls or for bird enthusiasts as over 290 different bird species have been identified in the area.

You can choose to do just ground trail hikes or take it a step forward and challenge yourself with waterfall hikes or soar through the jungle canopy with one of the longest ziplines in Belize! The Antelope falls which is 1,000 ft high, ends with a breath-taking view and a refreshing pool at the top. The Bocawina falls hike, on the other hand is perfect if you travel with young children.

ACTIVITIES at BOCAWINA (can be done separately or combined):

Day or Night HIKING – Bring: Bug Repellant, full-coverage clothing, swimwear
and towel in case you want to swim, water

ZIPLINING – Bring:  Hiking/Water shoes, bug repellant, water

Bocawina Waterfall RAPPELLING – Bring: Hiking shoes, bug repellant, long pants (dry fit), towel, change of clothes

Extreme Antelope Waterfall RAPPELLING – Bring: Hiking shoes, bug repellant, long pants (dry fit), towel, change of clothes

Mayan Sky Canopy

Located about 30 minutes’ drive from our lodge, Mayan sky offers the only nearby waterfall you can fully drive into (no hiking).
